Cynthia L. Blader, PA-C

Ms. Blader is a Family Practice Physician Assistant and has special clinical interests in Pediatrics, Women¹s Health and Preventative Health Care. She graduated with distinction from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa, where she received her post-graduate training in the Physician Assistant Program. Her undergraduate training was completed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. degree in Sociology.

She and her husband, Kevin, have three children.
